Sleeper

I really need my sleeping habits up to “normal.” Lately I’ve had off beat hours and restless nights that I haven’t been able to sleep on a normal schedule. Like many other people, I need sleep and I appreciate sleep. So for these moments when I don’t have a job, I was thinking of doing a few things…
- Make time for bed before midnight.
- Consume less or no caffeine, sugar or other stimulants 3 hours before bed.
- Have active, non-idle hours during the week and rest time during the weekends.
- Exercise more to drain any remaining energy.
Like some of my other friends, and people my age, sleep is somewhat of a problem. It’s either we get too little, or too much of it- and rarely do we find sleep just right. Lately I’ve been biking around a lot, nothing under 10mi for the past week and a half. It’s been interesting because right when I think that I’ll be surely out of energy, it seems like I have more. I’ve tried counting sheep, warm milk… and other things…
Maybe I should just sleep this one off.
